About me
I'm an experienced photographer and I do most of my work in and around London.
While the majority of my clients are in London, I am happy to work
just about anywhere. Most of my work is people-orientated
primarily portraiture, events and PR shoots. Although I started
my photographic career shooting film, I now shoot everything digitally;
the quality has reached a level where the old film vs digital debate
seems almost irrelevant and I love the flexibility and control that
digital presents photographer and client alike.
I studied photography at the London College of Printing and then
worked as an assistant to some of London's foremost professional
photographers. Since then, I have undertaken a wide variety of commissions
for clients including Arts Council England, The BAFTAs (British Academy Film and Television Arts), BBDO, Bell Pottinger (including commissions
for Vauxhall and MFI), Coats, Empire Magazine, Fortnum and Mason, Geographical Magazine, The National Gallery, The Samaritans,
Timebank and Time Out.
I'm very passionate about photography and I love to work closely
with clients to ensure the end product fulfills and hopefully exceeds
the original brief. My rates are competitive and I'm flexible in
terms of approach and hours worked if your commission means
location hunting, prop and model finding or testing new equipment
and ideas, or if it's just a case of being there at the right time
and seeing the right image, I'm equally determined to produce the
best possible final result.
